Abstract
ABSTRACT: Our study focuses on the transgeneric rewriting of “the Black Decade” in the novels and press articles of Mustapha Benfodil. The theme of terrorism is deployed in both forms of writing through the mobilization of narrative, discursive, and formal techniques that contribute to the creation of a work whose origin is journalistic. Throughout our analysis, we will explore how Benfodil transposes different events into his novels, how this operation is carried out, and which occurrences are repeated. We will also question what is the value of these repetitions and whether they are conscious or automatic.
RÉSUMÉ : notre étude porte sur la récriture transgénérique de la décennie noire dans les romans et les articles de presse de Mustapha Benfodil. La thématique du terrorisme se retrouve déployée dans les deux formes scripturaires par la mobilisation de techniques narratives, discursives et formelles qui participent à la constitution d’une œuvre dont l’avant-texte est journalistique. Au cours de notre analyse, nous verrons comment Benfodil transpose les faits d’actualité dans ses romans, de quelle manière cette opération se fait-elle et quelles occurrences sont reprises. Nous nous demanderons également quelle est la valeur de ces répétitions et sont-elles conscientes ou automatiques ?
