الترجمة والتنوع الثقافي في الجزائر Translation and Cultural Diversity in Algeria

Abstract
ABSTRACT: This study compares the cultural and linguistic situation between the European Union and Algeria, and identifies the role of translation in the face of current challenges. It examines how both parties deal with globalization, particularly the European strategy in this field. The aim of this study is to activate the role of translation and highlight its importance. In today's globalized world, local translators need to be familiar with global terms such as dialogue of civilizations, cultural dialogue, multilingualism, protection of environmental, linguistic, and cultural diversity, and cultural expression.
الملخص: تقيم هذه الدراسة مقارنة بين الوضع الثقافي واللغوي في الاتحاد الأوروبي والوضع الثقافي واللغوي في الجزائر وتحديد دور الترجمة في ظل التحديات الراهنة وكيف تعامل كلا الطرفين مع العولمة بتحديد الاستراتيجية الأوروبية في هذا المجال، في محاولة لاستجلاء ملامح استراتيجية الترجمة في الجزائر، وحدود المتوفر ثقافيا لحل مشكل المتعذر الثقافي وقت الترجمة. وإن هدف هذه الدراسة هو تفعيل دور الترجمة وابراز أهميتها، فالعالم اليوم يعيش عولمة ثقافية، وعلى المترجم المحلي أني كون على دراية بمصطلحات عالمية: كحوار الحضارات، حوار الثقافات، التعدد اللغوي، وحماية التنوع البيئي، واللغوي، والتعبير الثقافي.
