Open Access Policy

Humanities and Social Studies is a fully Open Access journal, which means that all its scientific content is freely and immediately available without any charges to the user or his/her institution.

Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

The journal confirms its commitment to supporting researchers; therefore, it does not charge any fees for submission or publication. Authors do not incur any costs related to Article Processing Charges (APCs), submission, or peer-review procedures. The journal is fully funded by the University of Oran 2 - Mohamed Ben Ahmed.
