1-The Dirassate adopts the rules of confidentiality and objectivity in the arbitration process, for both the researcher and the reviewers. If the two reviewers have a different point of view about the article the letter will be sent to a third reviewer.
2. The article should be sent without mentioning the name of the author and the institution to which he belongs.
3. The review period shall not exceed 30 days, in the case that the report of a given reviewer is delayed; the article will be drawn from him and handed to another reviewer.
4-The review should pay attention to the content, the structure of the article and ensure that it is free from plagiarism and scientific theft.
5. The magazine adopts a rigorous and clear method that defines the duty and responsibility of every member of the editorial service.
6. The editors-in-chief, with the exception of the direct official of the editorial process (the editor or his or her delegate), may not examine the paper with any other person, including the author. Any privileged
information or opinion obtained through reading should be kept confidential, and neither of them may be adopted for personal use.
7. The journal is obliged to inform the researcher of the approval of the publication of the search without modification or after partial modifications, based on the reading reports, or apologies for not publishing, indicating the reasons for the refusal.
8. Respect for the rule of non-discrimination: Editors and reviewers evaluate research material according to its intellectual content, taking into account the principle of non-discrimination on the basis of race, social gender, religious belief, political philosophy of the writer, or any other form of discrimination. What should be taken as a criterion of evaluation is the adherence to rules of academic writing, the methods of scientific thinking and the way in which the ideas are analyzed, discussed and presented.
9. Respecting the rule of non-conflict of interest between editors and researchers, whether as a result of a competitive or cooperative relationship or other relationships with any author, company or institution, which may have a link with the research.
10. The journal observes that the unpublished material contained in the research referred to the journal may not be used by any of its members or editors in their own research.
11. Intellectual Property Rights: The magazine and the website ASJP have the intellectual property rights in regards to the published article in its scientific texts. It is not allowed to redeploy these radicals in part or in full, either in Arabic, or in other foreign language through translation, without explicit written permission from the presidency of the editorial.
12. Free publication: The Journal of Humanitarian and Social Studies is committed to publishing free of charge. The researchers and authors are exempt from all required publishing fees.
13. The magazine has the right to sue each author for plagiarism.
