Abstract
The research aims to uncover the most important pillars of the digitization of tourism agencies based on AI methods because of its great importance in simulating the human mind, and to use this to organize tourism activity by enhancing virtual interaction between digital workers and tourists by displacing the border between tourists and the producer using social media. We have adopted the descriptive curriculum and taken - global experiences - as an analytical model. The most important results are: the use of artificial intelligence to reduce tourist's regulatory constraints and engage tourist experience, and the protection of tourists and their property
