Workers' representations of the union presence in the Algerian establishment A field study on the workers of the Sonelgaz Corporation in the state of saida

Abstract
The aim of this contribution is to study the impact of union presence with in the economic institution on the extent to which workers' social demands are met. And how is the union presence factor And its effectiveness and its impact on the motives for workers' participation in the trade union organization. We have relied on the descriptive approach in the study and an intended sample of 33 workers working in the Saida Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation (Sonelgaz) was chosen.
The results of the study found that the respondents' perception of union representation remains in general a negative view of this representation, and they see that there is no actual representation, and that the union organization was not up to their aspirations.
