Looking Forward to a Product Retirement in the Arab Maghreb Countries between the need for social integration and development

Abstract

In this study, we seek to highlight aspects of the social and developmental integration of retirees and invest in them, as the negative retirement consequences imposed by the social environment have resulted in a growing social anxiety.

This research paper came to draw attention to the issue of retirement and its negative social and economic consequences for the retired individual and society, as we aim through it to introduce a retirement project that includes social partners and various actors and to show the expected social and economic benefits and returns from it.
