Abstract
The English philosopher Bertrand Russell is considered one of the greatest contemporary philosophers and the most prolific writing and authoring in various fields related to science logic and mathematics; but his most characteristic is his great interest in philosophy, especially as he is a study and analyst of human history and its path and intellectual and moral transformations and the subject of political systems this one attracted his attention and occupied his thoughts from his youth to the last years of his life , trying to understand the human nature to stand on the most important causes of unhappiness , wondering about the extent to which mankind could reach the establishment of political values and principles that reduce the current chaos .
