The training of newly recruited professors: survey from professors at university of Bejaia
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article reports on the results of a study conducted among newly recruited professors at University of Bejaia, the
objective of which was to show the impact of their received training on the performance of their duties. As part of this
study, we would like to question the quality of the training received by professors during their probationary period: is
this training sufficient for the exercise of the teaching profession? Is the content of the training adapted to the new digital
learning requirements? We will try to provide some answers through a survey of 20 trainees who received initial training
for 12 months.
