The Arabic philosophy from translation to inovation “The present and the past and the horizon”

Abstract
This research paper talks the matter of the relation between translation and innovation in the field of philosophy in the Arabic culture in the past, today and the future, history proves that the ancient Arabians managed to acknowledge the grace philosophy thanks to translation, and soon they moved from translation to explanation and innovation, then, after the Arabic culture knew a long period of passivity, During which this philosophical heritage moved to Europe that made of it the pioneer of the human civilization, and now the Arabic nation tries to bring back its last glory in the varions fields among which philosophy. The question is how can it? Is it by copying the glory of the past or is it obligatory to look for another successful way?
