Abstract

Radical change is becoming one of the most important subjects in intellectual and academic spaces in Algeria. Intensive use of both “the change” and “the way of changing”, in this context, leads both to interference and conflict between many of concepts that have nearly the same meaning such as, reformation, renewal and development. The aim of this paper is not to give a complete theoretical conception but to present a methodological approach that could help us in discovering the real conditions of change.
