He laid the foundations for a universal theory aimed at Third World countries suffering from the remnants and heavy legacy of colonialism. His civilizational philosophy focused on the human being from cultural, intellectual, and educational aspects, based on a responsibility entrusted to the intellectual.

Thus, where do we stand in relation to Malek Bennabi today? How can the Algerian intellectual, in particular, contribute to the process of change and guide individuals' behavior toward sound educational culture in order to anticipate a better future?
