Autonomous unions as a strategic actor of organizational change in the Algerian institution

Abstract
Union action within Algerian organizations has been freed from the unilateralism of the UGTA union, since the reform of the constitution of Algeria in 1989. This field research aims to shed light on the emergence of an exceptional autonomous trade union movement in the national education sector, which departs from the foundations of the usual codified trade union struggle, represented by the CNAPESTE union, which relied on the sources of power he has. To impose the logic of organizational change in the professional career of teachers. Despite the strategic reaction of the official organization which resisted this organizational change.
