The Relationship between some Demographic Changes and the Level of Motivation Toward the Achievement of a Sample of Secondary School Pupils A Field Study in Guelma State

Abstract

The study at identifying the relationship some demographic changes and the level of motivation toward the achievement of a sample of secondary school pupils, including three secondary school in the Guelma state, with 200 pupils Applied to it, the measurement of motivation for the achievement. The resulted statistical analysis that the level of motivation of the clinic members was average. And the fact that the level of motivation is due to the gender variable, and that there are differences that belong to the school-level variable for secondary primary school pupils.
