The Use of Other’s Support by The Married Female University Professor, to Take care of her Children, As a Strategy to Reconcile Work and Family.

Abstract
This study aimed to identify forms of role conflict between work and family, faced by the married female university professor, and how she used other’s support to take care of her children, as a strategy, for reconciling work and family roles. A qualitative research methodology was adopted, via the use of the interview as a mean for data collection. It was conducted on a sample of 28 married female university professor. The study concluded that, the married female university professor, suffers from time conflict and strain conflict, and she relies on a dual alternative, to take care of her children by others, as a strategy in the objective of the realization of a healthy work life balance.
