Abstract
The study aimed to reveal the level of morale of the administrative tires in Daira of Meftah, and the various aspects and indicators indicating the degree of morale were studied in a sample consisting of 14 administrative frameworks from the DAIRA of Meftah. The descriptive analytical approach and the interview were used as a main tool for data collection The study found that the evaluation of competencies, participation in management, decision-making, and respect for the efforts of the framework and its views within the organization are among the most important factors for achieving job satisfaction and raising the morale of the Algerian employee.
