Abstract

The main objective of the study is to analyze the reality of precarious work and the aspect of professional precariousness that affects the daily life of contract workers in the Algerian company, where the change in the policy of modern companies to manage their own human resources, has led to the emergence of new forms of wage labor for the time being, which embody in the form of precarious work which has become the dominant model in the labor market, on which the majority of modern companies depend for reduce the heavy burden of the employee in terms of social protection and financial benefits, in short this study presented field results on the aspects of precarious work and what this implies in the case of professional precariousness of contract workers in the Algerian company.
