Analyzing the Correlational Relationship Between Perceived Job Insecurity and Organizational Trust A Field Study Among Employees of POLYMA Company in the Wilaya of Mascara
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the correlational relationship between perceived job insecurity and organizational trust among 51 employees at POLYMA. Using a descriptive method and a questionnaire, data were processed via SPSS through correlation coefficients, means, t-tests, and ANOVA. Results revealed a statistically significant negative correlation between perceived job insecurity and organizational trust—whose levels were high—while job insecurity was moderate. Both emotional and cognitive dimensions of insecurity showed moderate to strong inverse correlations with trust components. The study concludes that a perceptual gap exists between positive views of management and employees' feelings of insecurity.
