يتناول المقال الذكاء الاصطناعي والسيبرنطيقا في فلسفة برتراند رسل حيث هذا المقال بالتحليل جملة من الأسئلة الفرعية تتعلق بعواقب تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي تكنولوجيات التحكم في الحياة البيولوجية الوراثية وما يترتب عنها من تحولات تغييرات على مستوى القيم والوسط البيئي والبيولوجي عموما، حيث يكشف رسل بالتحليل والتفصيل مدى خطورة هذه الاكتشافات العلمية التقنية على حياة الانسان ومستقبل البشرية والتي تمثل تهديدا حقيقيا للأمن والاقتصاد الاخلاق وشروط الحياة الطبيعية ويدعو الى ضبط السلوك العلمي ومراقبته من طرف السلطات السياسية والمنظمات الدولية ولحماية الافراد والمجتمعات من مخاطر الذكاء الاصطناعي الحد من أثاره .
