الملخص

Hegel is considered one of the greatest philosophers of German idealism in the 19th century, interested in the study of philosophy and its relationship to social reality as it cares about what exists because what exists is the mind, and the idea of truth was of great importance in his philosophy as it deals with the mental idea of the truth, and Hegel does not view the right as natural, that is, issued from a fixed and eternal human nature and one for all peoples in every time and place, but rather as a historical and the result of a long historical conflict, the right has It is linked to consciousness and thought, and since the mental goal of man is to live in a state and through its constitutional and voluntary laws and institutions and social organizations, the individual exercises his own partial rights and self-interest, as well as at the same time exercises his specific duties towards the universal will, and the will to which he obeys and submits is only the free will, because it obeys itself and submits to itself because it is independent and therefore free, the designation of the right to the State within the sphere of objective morality is manifested in the form of internal political right.
