الملخص
The objectives of our research focus on the discourse of religion according to Habermas and the problems it contains in law, justice, and the question of values. The religious path engages in a state of continuous search and pursuit of meaning that determines its spiritual and fateful function. This is what makes religion a universal vision that allows understanding the world and realizing its essence in terms of the standards that humanity has created to express the specificity of its era. The dilemma of religion has deepened at the end of these decades as a promising intellectual experiment, which confirms the role of religion in solving a number of outstanding problems, especially the relationship between religion and knowledge in a post-metaphysical context and its secular orientation to the justifications for communicative action.
