الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف تأثير أبعاد جودة الخدمات على الضغط المهني للأطباء في بعض المستشفيات العمومية الجزائرية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في استعراض جوانب الدراسة النظرية، في تم استخدام المنهج الاستنباطي في الجانب التطبيقي بالاعتماد على النمذجة بالمعادلات البنائية، اعتمدت الدراسة على أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من عينة شملت 167 طبيب في المستشفيات العمومية بالجزائر، في حين تم الاعتماد على برنامج Smart PLS 4 لتحليل النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة سلبية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بعدي الأمان والاعتمادية على الضغط المهني للأطباء.
