المكتبات وتقاطع السلطة والمعرفة دراسة تحليلية لوظيفة الضبط الاجتماعي من منظور ميشيل فوكو

الملخص
يُنظر إلى المكتبات عادةً على أنّها فضاءات محايدة تسهل الوصول المجاني إلى المعرفة للجميع، لكن هذا التصوّر يتجاهل الدور السلطوي الكامن الذي تؤديه في المجتمع. فبالاستناد إلى نظرية "ميشال فوكو" حول تقاطع السلطة والمعرفة، يُظهر المقال كيف تعمل المكتبات كوسائط للتمكين وأدوات للضبط الاجتماعي. من خلال أنظمة التصنيف التي تعتمدها، وسياسات تطوير المجموعات، وضوابط الوصول إلى المعلومات، تُسهم المكتبات في تشكيل ما يُعتبر معرفة مشروعة، بينما تهمّش أو تستبعد أشكالًا أخرى من المعرفة. ويستعرض المقال كيف تساهم المكتبات في تشكيل السلوك، توجيه الفكر، وإعادة إنتاج الأنظمة المعرفية المهيمنة. ويخلص إلى أنّه، رغم مكانتها كمؤسسات ثقافية، تلعب المكتبات أدوارًا مركزية في تنظيم المجال الاجتماعي ضمن هياكل السلطة، ويقترح استراتيجيات لإعادة التفكير في ممارسات المكتبات لتعزيز العدالة المعرفية، وتعزيز الحق في الوصول إلى المعلومات، ومقاومة أشكال الضبط المؤسسي غير المرئية.
