A sociological study of common law crimes in Algerian society

Abstract
We try, through this document, to define the crimes committed against public law, called common law crimes; these are classified into three main sections according to the annual statistical crime report established by the police department The first represents crimes against persons who injure bodily integrity (such as murder, intentional and unintentional, intentional bodily harm resulting in disability, or death), crimes against the family and public morals, crimes that affect the respect and honor of individuals such as insults, name-calling, defamation and threats. Lastly crimes against property, such as theft in all its forms, in addition to the crimes of sabotage, arson, desecration and blackmail. We used the statistical analysis method to exploit these data.
