Abstract
This article aims to reveal the methods of evaluating the subjects of the science of nature life and sociology (history and geography) according to the approche to competencie in the averages of the city of skikda by adopting the observation network which was divided into three indicators(cognitive competence methodological competence and behavioral competence)by using the approach requires the mechanisms evaluation seeks to achieve the competencies established in each subject in order build the profile of the student graduating from the intermediate education stage in the results obtained indicated a moderate degree of performance in the evaluation.
