Evaluating the performance of the university professor in light of the quality of higher education from the student’s point of view A field study on Tlemcen university students

Abstract

The current study aims to get acquainted with the evaluation of the performance of the university professor by the students of Tlemcen University in light of achieving the quality of the educational service in the higher education sector, the research relied on the descriptive approach, and adopt a sample of 132 students from the faculty of Social and Human Sciences and Science faculty, it was applied to it a questionnaire "Evaluating the performance of the university professor", prepared by Bin Hajouba Hamid and Basur Aqila. The study reached a set of results that were discussed in light of previous studies and the theoretical background of the study.
