Abstract
Organizational health is a modern concept in the field of organizational behavior Understanding organizational health as a regulatory phenomenon today is very important Organizational health plays an important role in performance and organizational effectiveness ،And given the features and characteristics that make a healthy organization the goal of every organization that wants to improve and develop , Organizational health cannot be realized without the regulatory determinants which are the first factor contributing to the emergence of organizational health at the organizational level،
In this article, we will try to understand organizational health according to regulatory determinants.
