The housing policy in Algeria from independence until 2009

Abstract
The economic system followed by Algeria after independence led to the failure of the housing police adapted in the development plans in the period 1973-1989.
_ the Algerian state has worked since the beginning of the nineties to advance.
_ the housing sector as diversification of urban housing patterns, by relying on various mechanisms in financing housing projects, where multiple instructions were issued that financing from, one era to another it also gave opportunities to the private sector, in the housing market through an economic system, the market that calls for the privatization of the sector and despite all this, the housing sector has not found a way out.
