Abstract

Our research paper aims to try to shed light on the new approaches to security as a concept that is undergoing transformations from many aspects on the one hand; And showing the implications of these transformations on the job content of the customs institution on the other hand. The security function of customs regulation has become a strategic function and risk management in the customs framework is one of the priorities of the customs of the third millennium.
