The Reality of the Quality of Work Life at the Algerian University a field Study on a Sample of Professors at Some Universities in Algeria

Abstract
This paper aims to reveal the differences in the level of quality of work life according to some personal variables: The study relied on the descriptive-analytical approach to describe the research variables, where the study was conducted on a simple random sample of 142 male and female professors, where the quality of work life scale prepared by the researcher Ammar Ben Mohamed El-Eid (2019) was used, and the study relied on the t-test to detect the significance of the differences between two groups, and the analysis of variance test (One Way Anova). The study concluded that there are statistically significant differences in the level of quality of work life due to the gender variable and statistically insignificant differences in the level of quality of work life due to the seniority and rank variable.
