Woman's job in the informal sector

Abstract
This research aims to study the reality of women's work in the productive informal sector , Thus, we have adopted a monographic approach for a detailed and comprehensive Description of women's work in the informal sector. The field
Study was conducted using a non-targeted interview technique on a varied non-probability sample of twenty female workers in informal workshops from different neighborhoods of Oran. One of the most important findings is that women working in the informal sector are associated with two types of problems. Problems related to the nature of her work because she lacks social and health insurance, her family's problems and her social and economic conditions. On the other hand, women's work in the informal sector has become a medium for vocational Training, job training, as well as space and space for social cohesion and social relations with her co-workers.
