The job insecurity and the process of integrating contract workers the case of workers and contract staff in Algerian society

Abstract
This article revolves around the problem of work and its relationship with the recent transformations that it is experiencing in the organizational and institutional structure which have become the basis of precarious work relationships characterized by the instability of the temporary careers of temporary workers in the Algerian company, and therefore we will approach the phenomenon of job insecurity and the process of integration of temporary workers in the Algerian company, where he became flexible working in the management of human resources, and this is to cope with transformations national and even international economic changes imposed on them by small changes which have affected the regulation of wage relations in the enterprise.
