Graduate insertion contracts between decent work conditions and fair wage balance field study of a sample of economic institutions in the Wilaya of Sétif

Abstract
The present study is aimed at identifying the extent to which the graduate insertion contracts are compatible with both decent work and fair wage conditions. The field study was conducted on a sample of economic institutions in the Wilaya of Sétif, based on the questionnaire tool distributed to recipients of graduate insertion contracts within the selected institutions in the sample. The study found a high level of the majority of decent work conditions, and conversely, a low level of fair wage conditions; this needs to be reviewed by the employment policy makers in Algeria.
