Mechanisms for Applying the Quality of Electronic Archiving Systems in Economic Institutions An Analytical Theoretical Study

Abstract

The study aims to reveal ways to achieve the quality of the use of electronic archiving systems (EASs) in economic institutions, by reviewing the intellectual production literature. It starts by definite concepts of (EASs) and shows their importance, while presenting the quality of performance and its requirements to be released, with the exposing staff’s role. Using the inductive approach. It concluded that to achieve the goal it must take consideration to the types and specifications of hardware and software appropriate to the nature of the system. also, human entities (archivists, computer scientist and system officials) contribute by sharing experiences and expertise inside and outside the organization, Although the need of training opportunities in order to enhance competencies and development of skills from the design and implementation stages; to the using of norms and Indicators, as their correct application is the essence of activating the quality of the use of (EASs).
