Archiving and Digital Preservation policy
The Journal of Law, Society, and Authority is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published content. To achieve this, the journal implements the following archiving measures:
- Institutional and National Repositories: All published articles are archived on the ASJP platform and OJS platform, ensuring continuous availability.
- Self-Archiving by Authors: Authors are permitted to deposit published versions of their articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other open-access archives. The deposited version must comply with the selected journal-approved license: Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) or Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0).
- Long-Term Digital Preservation: The journal is exploring partnerships with recognized digital preservation services to ensure permanent access and protection against data loss.
The journal guarantees that all content remains accessible, even in the case of technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances affecting the primary hosting platforms.
