By submitting an article to the Journal of Law, Society, and Authority, authors agree to license their work under one of the following Creative Commons licenses:

• CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 (Default Journal License): Allows sharing with proper attribution but prohibits commercial use and modifications. Learn more.
• CC BY 4.0 (Optional Author License): Allows unrestricted sharing, adaptation, and commercial use with attribution. Learn more.

Authors must specify their preferred license when submitting their article. If no preference is stated, the default CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license will be applied.
