Abstract

 



This paper aims to present a comprehensive study of Islamic management principles and their profound impact on various aspects of administration, behavior, and structures. These principles are grounded in the solid foundations of Islamic Sharia, both from primary sources such as Quranic texts and Hadiths, and secondary sources such as scholars' jurisprudential efforts. The paper will focus on providing a clear definition of Islamic management and outlining its scope of application within various organizations. It will also explore how these principles are implemented in modern work environments and their influence on administrative behavior and practices.


The study will offer a comparative analysis between Islamic management principles and the conventional institutional values prevailing in modern organizations, with the aim of clarifying the extent of alignment or divergence between them. Additionally, the paper will focus on three key areas that form the cornerstone of any management system: employment policies, administrative practices, and training and development. The impact of Islamic principles on each of these areas will be meticulously analyzed, with practical examples of how they can be implemented in organizations.


In conclusion, this paper seeks to demonstrate that Islamic management principles are not merely theoretical concepts or abstract ideas, but practical tools that can be used to address managerial challenges in any organizational setting. By applying these principles, organizations can enhance their efficiency and administrative performance, making them more aligned with contemporary demands while preserving ethical and humane values.
