Governance and quality of education in universities

Abstract
The concept of governance has been widely used in various fields related to the management of public affairs, and has become one of the key indicators of good governance. The higher education sector was not excluded due to its close relationship with social, economic and other fields. The evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the higher education institution is subject to the principles of governance.
