Silsilat Al-Anwar comes to us in this issue with a blend of philosophy, library science, and entrepreneurial thought, within the framework of the study days for the doctoral school students in humanities and social sciences, whose proceedings took place at the laboratory. The philosophical study addressed resuming the philosophical questions of Professor Hammadi Hamid regarding culture and art, with themes varying between philosophy, culture, and art, supervised by Dr. Ben Doukha Hicham from the University of Tlemcen in collaboration with the Research Laboratory of Phenomenology and Its Applications (University of Tlemcen).
As for library science, it addressed a topic on managing documentary collections in information institutions under modern technology, between human qualifications and material capabilities, under the supervision of Dr. Chouaib Hadj from the University of Saïda, in collaboration with the Department of Library Science, Faculty of Humanities at the University of Oran 1 Ahmed Ben Bella. These studies likewise varied between theoretical and practical approaches, concluding the issue with entrepreneurial thought in the social sciences and humanities.
