Peer Review Process
Ensuring Academic Rigor and Research Integrity
The peer review process is the cornerstone of academic publishing, ensuring the high quality, credibility, and relevance of scholarly work. Below is the detailed step-by-step workflow for manuscripts submitted to IJMLSP.
1. Manuscript Submission
- • Author(s) prepare the manuscript in strict compliance with formatting guidelines.
- • Submission is handled via the official journal contact emails.
- Required Disclosures: Conflict of interest, Ethical approval, and Disclosure Statement on the Use of Generative AI.
2. Initial Editorial Screening
The Editor-in-Chief performs a preliminary check for scope alignment, basic quality, and plagiarism detection via specialized software.
3 & 4. Reviewer Selection & Double-Blind Process
IJMLSP utilizes a double-blind process. Reviewers evaluate for: Originality, Methodological Rigor, and Data Interpretation.
5 – 8. Decision, Revision & Re-evaluation
The Editor-in-Chief issues a decision. Major Revisions are re-evaluated by the same reviewers to ensure all academic concerns have been fully addressed.
9 & 10. Acceptance & Publication
Accepted manuscripts move to production, DOI assignment, and open-access publication.
