Abstract
Communication in the Lebanese School Context: motivation vector of teachers
The objective of this article is to study the relationship between communication and the determinants of the teachers’ motivation within the same scholar institutions. Therefore, the question of the research is: what quality communication establishes a constructive institutional culture that enhances the teacher’s motivation? Answering this question, a survey is conducted in 28 Lebanese schools and the obtained results, according to the statistic method of multidimensional analysis, show a divergence concerning the views between school leaders and teachers.
