Overview: 

Selected articles from the one-day conference for October 26th, 2023 dealing with the representation of humor in different languages and cultures (Italian title: "L’umorismo dell’altro, l’umorismo nell’altro. Forme e rappresentazioni del comico tra lingue e culture"/"The Humor of other ones, the humor in other ones Forms and representation of comic aspects across languages and cultures", Università per Stranieri di Siena, ” were published in this Special Issue. Renewed Italian and foreign scholars specialised in humor studies and translation studies participated in the conference. An open Call for Papers was also disseminated all over the world to get more contributions.
